Orders are usually despatched within 2-3 working days and are sent through a Royal Mail tracked service. Keep an eye on your emails to know when your order has been despatched and when to expect delivery.
Larger orders
Some larger orders may be sent through an alternative courier where necessary. Further information and tracking details can be found in your despatch notification email.
Local delivery
I'm pleased to offer local delivery for certain Cardiff postcodes as a more environmentally-friendly option.
A minimum spend of £15 applies. Delivery is £2.50 or free for orders over £40.
Unfortunately, this is not available for all postcodes in Cardiff as eligible postcodes are dependent on proximity to my location. Once you enter a shipping address at the checkout, if your order is available local delivery, you'll see this delivery option at the checkout.
Take a look at the calendar below for the next available delivery date. Local deliveries usually take place on Saturdays and dates available for delivery are marked on the calendar. If delivery on another day of the week is better suited, please reach out to me and I'll see what I can do although this will be completely at my discretion and dependent on availability.
You'll receive an email on the day your order is out for delivery and another email once delivery has been confirmed. If you have any special delivery instructions or a safe place to leave the parcel if you won't be in, please leave a note at the checkout or email me at info@baskcandles.co.uk prior to delivery.
I'll always try my best to deliver your parcel or leave it in a safe place if possible. In situations where this isn't possible, I'll let you know about the unsuccessful delivery and you'll need to arrange a new delivery date.
